Sport Psychologist and Founder, Simran'jeet' Psychology
With over five years of experience, Simranjit combines dual expertise in Sport & Exercise Psychology and Counselling Psychology to strengthen athlete mental health and performance. His work spans conducting sport psychology summer camps at leading academies, developing and delivering workshops on athlete and women’s mental health, and contributing to government-led Sport Science Centre development at Balewadi Stadium.
Currently working with weightlifting and badminton teams at Balewadi while running his independent practice, Simran‘jeet’ Psychology, he brings skills in group facilitation, athlete assessment, tailored training design, and progress evaluation to foster resilience and peak performance.

amruta ainapure
Counselling Psychologist, Sport Psychology Consultant
Amruta is a counselling psychologist with over 3 years of experience. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in varied settings of schools, colleges, NGOs, and private practice settings.
Amruta uses a holistic and insight-oriented approach, and her clients appreciate her warm and empathetic presence in the therapeutic setup. She believes in working with clients at their own pace and believes in giving enough time to understand the needs of the client.

Our journey


At the Balewadi Stadium Sport Science Centre, contributed to building a functional workplace from scratch, delivering sport-specific psycho-education sessions, and developing assessments, mental training, and group programmes. Collaborated closely with coaches and government staff to align athlete goals, supported procurement of psychology equipment, and ensured accountability through structured monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to advance the Department of Sport Psychology.
Developed and delivered workshops on women’s mental health, athlete well-being for parents and coaches, and child safeguarding as Sport Psychology Consultant at Simply Smiles (Simply Sport Foundation). Led outreach initiatives to engage academies across Maharashtra and conducted interactive sessions tailored to diverse sporting contexts, strengthening awareness and support systems around athlete mental health while fostering collaboration among parents, coaches, and grassroots academies.
